Services

NexOnezi offers professional performance sessions, custom consultations, scheduling features and implementation assistance under the One-direction next-step systems program.

Rescheduling and Transfers: You may reschedule or transfer your session to another individual if you request at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. To do so, contact Contact Us.

Refunds: Unless explicitly marked as non-refundable due to preparatory efforts, all service bookings are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of the booking date. Non-refundable services will be clearly identified before purchase. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Information Products

These include e-books, guides, online tutorials and digital resources. All information products come with a 14-day refund period starting from the download date. To request a refund, contact Contact Us. After approval, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. Transfer of info product access to another user is not permitted.

Physical Goods

Physical items are shipped worldwide. You must report any damaged or defective item within 5 days of receipt. Approved claims may receive a replacement or a refund. To initiate this process, please reach out via Contact Us. Shipping fees are not reimbursed unless the item is proven faulty at arrival.
